Photographs, videos and audio recordings of the participants of this conference recorded during the event may be processed by Istanbul Gedik University and the conference organizing committee for promotional, educational, archiving and informational purposes. These materials may be shared on the official websites of the university and the conference, on social media accounts and in promotional printed publications. Participants give their explicit consent for these materials to be processed, stored and transferred domestically or internationally when necessary; they also waive any prior review, approval or financial right claims regarding the use of these recordings.
